About
Chris Hogue

Chris Hogue has been a practicing attorney since 2005. What began as commercial litigation evolved into his true professional home, technology law, where he has spent nearly two decades serving as General Counsel and Head of Legal for early and mid-stage tech startups, navigating AI, SaaS, data privacy, digital content, and tech transactions.
But the law was never the whole story.
A single Saturday morning conversation with a veteran estate attorney early in his career planted a seed that changed everything. The message was simple: lawyers, like plumbers and electricians, trade time for money. And if you never change that dynamic, time will always be your ceiling.
Chris didn't accept that ceiling.
While building his legal career, he began investing in real estate, starting with rural land and expanding into a multi-asset investment philosophy grounded in one core belief: the skills, credibility, and analytical horsepower that a professional license gives you are not a destination. They are a launchpad.
That belief is the foundation of The Entreprattorney — a platform built for licensed professionals who are entrepreneurially minded, quietly restless, and ready to build something beyond the billable hour.
“A professional license is a launchpad, not a life sentence.”
