Usually Ask.

Do I need prior real estate experience to work with you?

No. Most of the professionals I work with are complete beginners to real estate investing. The sessions are designed to meet you where you are and build from there.

Is this legal advice or financial advice?

No. Everything I share is based on my personal experience and general strategic frameworks. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney. For tax advice, consult a CPA. I can help you think strategically — not replace your advisors.

What kind of real estate do you focus on?

My primary experience is in rural land (East Texas), with particular focus on timber, agricultural exemptions, and USDA programs. I also have working knowledge of multifamily, self-storage, and commercial NNN investing. I'll be honest about where my direct experience ends.

I'm a doctor, not a lawyer — is this still relevant?

Absolutely. The core challenge — high income, time constraints, no scalable asset base — is identical across licensed professions. The frameworks apply regardless of your license type.

How far in advance do I need to book?

1:1 sessions typically book 2–3 weeks out. Workshop cohorts are announced quarterly and have limited spots. If you're interested in advisory, reach out via the contact form below and we'll discuss fit.
